THE ORIGINS OF PROMESA

Don Miguel Sánchez, CEO of MS Hoteles, was crowned Spain’s Champion and took second place in the World Cocktail Championship in 1967 with his Promesa cocktail.

His curiosity about the hospitality sector led him to explore all its facets and learn the nuances of mixology.

His enthusiasm, which remains alive every day, has led him to each of the places he’s given life to up to the opening of the Promesa Restaurant, the name chosen by his daughter to commemorate the roots of his career.
